Participant Registration

The Conference registration fee includes:

  • Participation in all open technical sessions (i.e. Parallel Paper Presentations)
  • Entrance to the exhibition/poster session area
  • Access to full conference proceedings
  • Refreshment breaks
  • One ticket for the Reception Dinner

Registration Regulation:

In order to provide a greater opportunity for more people to present at the conference, each accepted paper with multiple co-authors should have a different conference registrant. However, co-authors may appear on multiple papers.

For paper presentation at the Conference and inclusion in the iHSI 2018 Proceedings and Publication, at least one registration per paper is required by 30 December 2017.

For poster demonstration at the Conference and inclusion in the iHSI 2018 Proceedings, at least one registration per poster is required by 30 December 2017.

Students registering and paying "Student Rates" must submit an official letter (in English) from their University or School, duly signed and stamped, indicating their current student status. This document must be submitted when registering. Please send a scanned copy of this letter to ihsiadmin@ihsint.org

Student volunteers.
The success of the conference depends on the diligent work of student volunteers. If you would like to help at the conference in return for waiver of the registration fee, please contact the Student Volunteer Chair: volunteer@ihsint.org All student volunteer applications are submitted through the iHSI registration system.

Note: If paying by official bank check, please contact the conference administrator to request participant registration form for payment by check. Once the form is completed, please mail your check which is drawn on U.S. banks only, to the conference administrator at the following address:

All others (unless a student) please consider "Regular fee" amount.

If you have multiple submissions, a different author must register for each submission.

**To qualify for a student discount, please submit an official letter (in English) from your University or School, duly signed and stamped, indicating your current student status. When submitting your registration form/payment, please send a scanned copy of this letter to: ihsiadmin@ihsint.org
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Administration at: registration@ihsint.org

For written cancellations received on or before 2 October 2017, 90% of the registration cost will be refunded (including conference registration, tutorial fees, and reception dinner). 50% of the registration cost will be refunded if a written cancellation is received between 2 October - 1 November, 2017. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 1 November, 2017. All cancellations must be submitted to the Conference Administration.
